Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 - 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces organic baby spinach (1/2 bag)
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt
- Pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Melt butter in medium size skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add salmon and saute' for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Flip the salmon and add the spinach covering the fillets.
Step 4
Cover the skillet and saute' for 4 more minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and serve salmon fillets atop the spinach.
