- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Paprika to garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, reserving them for another use.
Fill each mushroom with Boursin cheese and arrange them on a baking pan.
Pour just enough chicken broth around the mushrooms to fill the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
